Die Unternehmensleitung trägt die Gesamtverantwortung und muss Brandschutz mit anderen Managementsystemen wie Arbeitssicherheit oder Qualitätsmanagement abstimmen, damit Massnahmen nicht isoliert bleiben und im betrieblichen Alltag tatsächlich gelebt werden.\n\n## Versicherungsrelevanz\n\nFür Risk Engineers ist ein dokumentiertes Brandschutzmanagementsystem ein zentraler Indikator für die Schadenverhütungskultur eines Betriebs.
